Could at least teach your staff at the front counter how to greet people. I had never been there before, knew nothing about the pricing, where to go to get my skates or time frames etc. First thing to come out the young girls mouth at the desk was ‘paying together or separately’. How about hello, tell us about pricing, how long we get.. won’t be returning

Great place to bring the young kids learning to skate on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately the staff helping in the canteen were extremely rude, especially towards the young kids. The arcade games weren't working, just taking kids money, when approached about it, the staff member was argumentative. It's not the best skating experience we've had.

My daughter (10) and I attended this (Saturday)evenings 6-9 session. A young blonde girl served us, very sour personality. Other counter staff a little less disgusted with life. The whole session was packed with everyone from beginners to experts. The beginners mostly young children should be encouraged to stick to the outside but arent and they are everywhere. The experienced skaters where just as hazardous, weaving in and out often cutting others off and knocking over the smaller kids. I get this is a venue for all levels but no one had any respect for the others on the ice and because it was way over crowded for the small size of the rink it was not enjoyable. My two suggestions Limit numbers so everyone can enjoy it. Fix your workplace issue so staff actually are friendly and kind. 3 stars only for paul on the ice tonight. Only friendly person there.
